Terms of Service
Last updated 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of OrionDesk. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Please read the note about templates and calculators — it matters.
Who can use OrionDesk
Anyone can use the free tools. To create an account you must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
Templates & calculators are not professional advice
OrionDesk's generators (invoices, payslips, letters, agreements) and calculators (tax, EPF, SOCSO, SST, loan and similar) are general-purpose templates and estimates to save you time. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship.
- Always check that generated documents suit your specific situation before relying on or sending them.
- Statutory rates (SST, EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.) change — verify current figures against official sources before filing or paying anything.
- For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use OrionDesk for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload or generate content that is malicious, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell, scrape or abuse the tools or API beyond normal personal or business use.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files and content you process or create with OrionDesk. Since the core tools run in your browser, we don't receive or store those files. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you process.
Our software
OrionDesk, its design, code and branding belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms don't grant you any right to our software beyond using the service as intended.
Availability, beta & “as is”
OrionDesk is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. During beta, features may change, break or be removed, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrionDesk and its operators will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including reliance on any generated document or calculation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OrionDesk evolves (for example when paid plans launch). We'll update the “last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
